Return Policy for Products and Custom Items

At Mika Dore Inspires, we take pride in the quality of our products and custom items, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be instances where a return or exchange is necessary, and we want to make the process as easy and convenient for you as possible.

 

For standard products purchased from our store, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at mikadoreinspires@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.

 

For custom items, such as personalized products or made-to-order items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a custom item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
