My name is Chermika Doreste, though many people know me as Mika Dore.

I’m the creator and founder of the Fearless Creator ecosystem — a growing space designed to help women reconnect with their creativity, their inner voice, and their sense of self.

Before building this ecosystem, I spent over 12 years working as a social worker, supporting individuals and families through some of the most difficult moments in their lives. That work allowed me to witness, firsthand, the emotional weight many people carry every day — especially women who are often expected to hold everything together for everyone else.
Over the years, I began noticing a pattern. Many women were surviving, but they were disconnected from themselves. Between responsibilities, expectations, and constant pressure, creativity and personal expression often get pushed aside.
But creativity is more than art or hobbies.

Creativity is expression.

Creativity is healing.

Creativity is a way for many people to process life, emotions, and identity.

As someone who deeply feels the experiences and emotions of others, I’ve always known that part of my purpose was to create spaces where women could reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

That purpose led me to build what is now the Fearless Creator ecosystem.

Through community, creativity, art, crafting, AI tools, and shared learning spaces, I help women rediscover their imagination and explore new forms of expression. For some women, creativity naturally turns into income or business opportunities. For others, it becomes a way to maintain balance, joy, and emotional well-being.

Both paths are welcomed here.

At its heart, my work is about creating environments where women feel safe to explore, express themselves, and rediscover the parts of themselves that may have been forgotten.

The Fearless Creator ecosystem exists as a reminder that creativity still lives within us — and when we reconnect with it, we often reconnect with our peace, our confidence, and our power.
